I work across photography and film, creating visual narratives shaped by atmosphere, presence, and a strong sense of authorship.

My practice is grounded in long-form observation and an interest in how images are felt rather than explained. I am drawn to work that sits between stillness and movement, intimacy and distance, often exploring solitude, transition, and place.

Alongside commissioned work, I maintain an ongoing personal practice that includes analogue experimentation across medium format, 35mm, and Polaroid. This research-driven approach informs how I work with both people and environments, allowing space for imperfection, materiality, and time to shape the image.

My background includes editorial and commercial commissions, as well as self-initiated projects developed through travel and extended periods on location. Selected portrait work has been published internationally.

Hi, I’m Diana.

I undertake a limited number of commissioned projects each year, prioritising strong visual and conceptual alignment.

My Approach

My approach is grounded in observation and restraint. I work slowly and attentively, allowing atmosphere, narrative, and material process to shape the image. Each commissioned project is approached as a distinct body of work, guided by context and alignment rather than repetition.
