No Automatic Refunds

Once a digital product has been downloaded, refunds are not provided, as the product cannot be returned.

Exceptions

A refund or replacement may be offered if:

• The file is faulty or corrupted

• The download cannot be accessed and we cannot resolve the issue

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
